Free shipping, returns and exchanges within Italy and the EU.
For shipments outside the EU and intercontinental, shipping charges and duties apply.
If you order outside of Italy and UE, your order may be subject to customs duties and import duties, sunforever.shop has no control over these charges and we cannot quote how much you may have to spend as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country different. We are therefore unable to advise or provide assistance in this matter; we can only advise you to contact your country's customs office for further information.

sunforever.shop ships products via DHL Express and BRT.SDA.GLS.
Delivery time: 2 working days in Italy. Europe 4 working days. 14 working days outside Europe.
Delivery time is Monday to Friday business hours.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will ship the same day.
return
Returns couldn't be easier. Try the shoe at home and if you need to return it, you have 30 days from the date of order to return it. We will collect from your home or other address. Customers from the EU are responsible for shipping, customers from EXTRA-EU are responsible for taxes, duties and shipping.
Refund Conditions: Returned items are unworn or damaged and are in the same condition as you received them (including socks). Make sure the returned product is new, unused, and in the original packaging in which you received it (make sure returned items are packed in the silk paper or plastic bag they came in). Returns that do not meet our standards will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
